The Byron Pavilion will form the perfect backdrop to relax away the hours reading by the pool, evening BBQ or slow mornings with breakfast on the deck.

The Pavilion features polished hard wood floors, 3 modern bathrooms, covered alfresco dining area on the outdoor deck, large pool with sun loungers and umbrella's for shade. Fully air conditioned.

Fabulous modern kitchen with stone benches and gas top cooking. Quality kitchenware, 2 large fridges and a dedicated freezer. Large mango wood dining table which seats 14. Perfect for leisurely meals at home.

Very large open plan main living area with Apple TV, Netflix etc enjoy relaxing movie nights after long days on the beach.

The Byron Pavilion will see you set the backdrop for the most memorable holiday experiences! Park the car and walk everywhere - nothing to do except enjoy all Byron has to offer.

Perfect for longer stays ... a home office away from home!

Other things to note:
Maximum of 10 adults in a group - we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the group is inappropriate or we feel uncomfortable
No Schoolies/school leavers, please don't ask
No Parties whatsoever or excessive socialising
We have a strict NO outside noise policy from 10pm - 8am weekends and 9pm weekdays.
No groups under 35 years of age.

The Byron Pavilion is literally the perfect house to enjoy with family and friends, in our case six couples. The house is generously appointed and spacious both inside and out. Deb and Sarah have thoughtfully created a beautiful home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
