Founded in 2018 by Sarah Grant and Deb Summons, East Coast Escapes has grown through reputation, referrals and a genuine commitment to exceptional guest experiences and trusted owner relationships.
Sarah Grant
Director
Sarah is a university-qualified Class 1 Real Estate Agent and Licensee in Charge with 25 years of experience in Byron Bay holiday property management, guest services and owner relations. Throughout her career, she has built deeply trusted relationships with property owners, local trades and service providers across the region, and she is widely respected for her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.
Deb Summons
Director
Deb is a university-qualified Class 2 Real Estate Agent with more than 10 years’ experience in the Byron Bay holiday accommodation industry. Combining strong commercial acumen with a background in customer service and multinational business, Deb is passionate about creating thoughtfully managed holiday homes that deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximising returns for owners.
Together, Sarah and Deb remain actively involved in every aspect of the business. As owner-operators, they personally know every property in the collection and work closely with both owners and guests to ensure every stay reflects the quality, care and attention East Coast Escapes is known for.
