Choose from two pristine beaches, with Belongil Beach and Main Beach a short stroll away. With surround street parking not requiring a permit, guests can leave the car at home and explore all that Byron Bay has to offer on foot.

Lovely and inviting, the open plan living, dining and cooking space at Studio 9 has double height ceilings with maximum glazing, letting in lots of natural light. Relax on the sofa watching Netflix or use the complimentary wifi to catch up on news on your device. The sleek and modern kitchenette features a stone benchtop with seating, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, small fridge and coffee machine, so you don’t have to leave the studio for those cosy days and nights in.

For guests at Studio 9, there is on-street parking available with no permit required.

Studio 9 boasts a location to love - situated in the heart of Byron Bay, this secluded little studio space is just moments from the hustle and bustle of town. A short walk will land you in the hub of cafes and restaurants, boutique fashion and homewares, pubs, surf clubs, health and wellness studios and more. Walk only 400m to the beautiful Belongil Beach and only a fraction further to swim, surf and catch some sun at Main Beach.

Perfect Stay at Studio 9: Modern Comfort and Prime Location
Marina B - 3rd September 2024We had an excellent stay at Studio 9. The accommodations are modern, tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and create a very pleasant atmosphere. Ideally located on a quiet street, it's just a five-minute walk to both the town center and the beach. Tony and Dianne are incredibly attentive to every detail and treated us with great warmth. A comfortable studio apartment for a short get away
Ursula M - 18th July 2024The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need. Just be aware it's adjacent to a main house so it's not totally private. We had a few issues which we discussed with the owner and hopefully they will be resolved for the next person to stay. Good location, 10 mins walk to the middle of Byron.

Studio 9 - Byron Bay
Patrick V - 26th December 2023We were allowed to spend two wonderful weeks in this unique studio. It is modern, top furnished and the equipment has surpassed everything. From the kitchen to the barbecue, bathroom and pool, there was everything you need. We were able to enjoy every moment and felt very comfortable. The service with the owners was excellent. They were always available if we had any questions. I am very happy to recommend this studio and will definitely come back.
