This spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with separate TV room, kitchenette and an airy 'landing' ticks all the boxes in Byron Bay.
Lighthouse Landing has a basic small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and sandwich toaster. Considering Byron Bay has so many amazing restaurants, cafes and food options in town its all you really need!
The master bedroom has a quality king bed, a ceiling fan and AC. The bathroom is clean and functional plus enjoy a separate TV room with more storage, Foxtel and Wifi. The 'landing' area is a great place to leave all your shoes and beach gear.
There is a separate shared laundry on the ground level with washing machine, dryer, iron and board. Off street parking is easy. Such a bonus in Byron! Linen and towels are provided - just bring a beach towel and stock the mini fridge.
As soon as you walk onto the shared driveway you will be mesmerized by the Byron Bay Lighthouse perching on the stunning Byron cape. Run or walk to the lighthouse via several different tracks and routes. Always beautiful!
The iconic Top Shop Cafe is 270m down the street where you will find amazing coffee, great food and a genuine Byron Bay surf vibe. Clark's Beach is 950m away or you can use the sandy bush track opposite the house to Tallows Beach which is 850m. Enjoy the wallabies and sounds of nature on the way. The Pass surf beach (great for kids and beginners) is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Wategoe's, Main Beach and Belongil are also within easy reach too.
When you are ready to adventure into town for some live music, a great meal or just people watch you can walk the 1.3km in under 15 minutes.
So you really can be car free, chill out and enjoy this special location that is a locals well kept secret.
The Lighthouse Landing is all on one level at the rear of the property with its own private access either though the garage or the side gate. There are 4 similar sized apartments in total at the property but with the exception of the shared laundry you will enjoy little or no guest interaction.
There are steps up to the Lighthouse Landing so it is not suitable for wheelchair access.

The studio is spacious and stylish, situated just a short stroll into town and to the beach. Our three night stay was fantastic - would absolutely recommend for a Spring vacation.
We loved this! The Landing was perfect for the two of us - with plenty of room for us to get comfortable for our week stay. Quiet area but a perfect location - we walked to the beaches, the lighthouse walk and to the Main Street from our accommodation. We also made use of the laundry available for the guests. Overall, a very good experience.
Had a lovely stay. The place was beautifully styled and filled with light. Kitchen was equipped with essentials! Fridge does not have a freezer section. Hosts were helpful and accommodating, On one instance I called the hosts who answered immediately. Close to everything, easy 25 min walk to town centre. The walk back to the unit is uphill. Would recommend a stay.
I will come back and stay here in a heart beat!! Perfect location, such a beautiful place, warm friendly vibe, comfortable bed, lots of natural light and super easy to access
