Spacious open plan living abounds with comfortable sofas, dining table and a relaxing deck area that flows out onto the garden. Happynest has a full size family kitchen, BBQ, large fridge and bench space will make preparing meals at home easy.

The iconic Top Shop Cafe is 270m down the street where you will find amazing coffee, great food and a genuine Byron Bay surf vibe. Clark's Beach is 1km. The Pass surf beach (great for kids and beginners) is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Watego's, Main Beach and Belongil are also within easy reach too. Run or walk to the lighthouse via several different tracks and routes. Always beautiful! When you are ready to adventure into town for some live music, a great meal or just a people watch you can walk the 1km in under 15 minutes.

Separate laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron, board), and secure parking are also offered Linen and towels are provided - just bring a beach towel and stock the fridge and pantry.

Please note this property is located in a very quiet residential area - permanent residence live on all boundaries of ‘HappyNest’. Therefore our preferred group for this style of accomodation are families and quiet, mature adults.There can be no excessive noise, amplified music or late night gatherings on the back deck/yard of the property. For the benefit of the neighbours and the Byron community, this is a strict condition of your stay.

This was a wonderful break away, the house was very clean & beautifully presented. It is Very close walking distance to all amenities and the beach. It was great to have the fireplace which kept us snug and warm. Loved the Byron & Co products too nice touch. Definitely recommend staying here.
