The bathroom includes a bath, shower and separate powder room. There is a bunk bed in bedroom 3 with access to the front top balcony. Fans are located in the bedrooms and lounge room. The property enjoys ocean breezes for cooling cross ventilation.

Downstairs includes a modern kitchen, dining room, lounge room, spacious patio, second powder room and internal laundry. Modern appliances feature throughout including 50" TV, Blue Ray DVD player, bluetooth stereo speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and outdoor Weber gas BBQ.
