All three fully air-conditioned bedrooms and main bathroom are located upstairs. The main bedroom has a TV and a north facing deck with sun chairs perfect for soaking up the sunshine. The bathroom includes a bath, shower and separate powder room. There is a bunk bed in bedroom 3 with access to the front top balcony. Fans are located in the bedrooms and lounge room. The property enjoys ocean breezes for cooling cross ventilation.
Downstairs includes a modern kitchen, dining room, lounge room, spacious patio, second powder room and internal laundry. Modern appliances feature throughout including 50" TV, Blue Ray DVD player, bluetooth stereo speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and outdoor Weber gas BBQ.
The townhouse is fully equipped with all that you need for a family holiday. We supply beach and pool toys, boogie board, tennis racquets, high chair and safety gate.

Great little townhouse very close to the main Street of Byron. Walking distance to the beach. Modern amenities and everything you could need during your stay including some beach gear. Would stay again.

the place was great ; awesome location for us- we barely used a car and rode bikes easily from the unit to town and the wonderful beaches ; was a relief to come back to after a big day if adventures and activities ; good wifi!! !!
