This cute 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom property is freshly renovated retaining the old charm. Our Beach Bungalow is located on the edge of town, the perfect pad for your relaxed beach holiday with easy access to all Byron has to offer. One of the original Byron Beach Shacks, you will feel right at home relaxing on the front porch after a full day at the beach.
Our little Bungalow has 3 great sized bedrooms. 2 feature a Queen sized bed and the 3rd a Double bed. The double bedroom has an ensuite toilet. The main bathroom is a generous size and contained within is a laundry. The open plan kitchen, dining and living creates a beautiful heart within the property. The perfect setting for eating, chatting and relaxing - perfect holiday memories!
The kitchen is full sized and allows you to prepare for those balmy nights BBQ'ing on the from porch. The property is fenced and the porch is fully undercover. The front garden creates a whole seperate sitting area to relax for afternoon reads or relaxing into the night.
If it's a little steamy the AC system cools the whole house to allow you to relax in comfort.
Perfect for longer stays, a home office away from home!
There is off street parking for 1 car and ample free street parking.
