A generous open plan living area spills out into a private tropical courtyard, perfect for an evening meal under the stars or relaxing after a day at the beach.
There is a 2nd TV to the ground floor front sunroom which can serve as a second living space with sofa bed for 7th guest. This will allow the little ones to relax and watch TV in quiet, away from the main living area. The property is fully fenced and secure so you can relax with young children.
2 large and functional bathrooms, 3 toilets and a fully functional laundry. Plus we have parking for 1 car on the doorstep and 1 car in the garage.

Fabulous Byron stay
Heatherley Teuma - 22nd February 2022Fabulous place in a very quiet and excellent location . Close to the beach and the lighthouse walk and only a short walk into town . Loved the decor which gives it a really beachy feel . The garden was very tropical and secluded also loved the decks . The kitchen was great with everything we needed . I would definitely come back again !

Nice outdoor area, outdoor parking space and garage (although snug). The house was clean. Large kitchen and good sized fridge.

Nhat Le - 4th March 2021Walking distance to the beach and a great laid back starting point to a Byron Bay Holiday. Accommodation for a group of 5 was roomy and had everything required for a getaway. 10/10 would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect, in fact I don’t think you can get any better. Super clean, modern and comfortable beds. Beautiful outside area to relax with a coffee and book. We had our 2 teenage boys with us and they loved the space as well. Thank you we will be back.
Such an awesome, stylish abode. Impeccably clean and there wasn't anything that hadn't been thought of. Bec and Sarah were wonderful managers who were in great/swift communication with us. Highly recommend this lovely townhouse in such a quiet location, yet not too far from all 'the action'.
