The Space
The spacious living room features exceptionally comfortable sofas and plenty of room for everyone to relax. A separate dining area provides a welcoming place to share meals, while the rear deck flows onto the peaceful garden, creating an inviting setting for slow afternoons, barbecues and relaxed outdoor living.
The home has four bedrooms:
One king bedroom

One bunk room with two sets of bunks
A family bathroom and private ensuite are located inside the home. A convenient third bathroom and laundry open directly off the back deck, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This practical layout gives larger families and groups plenty of space when preparing for the day.
The spacious, full sized family kitchen includes a large fridge, generous bench space and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A barbecue is also provided for easy outdoor dining.
The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Secure off street parking is also available.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels and stock the fridge and pantry with their preferred supplies.
Location
HappyNest is tucked away on one of Byron Bay’s most beautiful residential streets, close to the town centre, beaches, cafés and Cape Byron Lighthouse walking tracks.
The iconic Top Shop café is just 270 metres down the street, perfect for morning coffee, breakfast or an easy lunch among the locals.
Guests can walk to Byron Bay town centre in approximately 15 minutes, making it easy to enjoy the boutiques, restaurants, cafés and live music without needing to drive.
Clarkes Beach is approximately one kilometre from the house, while The Pass, popular with families, surfers and beginners, is around a four minute drive or 20 minute walk. Main Beach, Wategos and Belongil Beach are also within easy reach.
From HappyNest, you can walk or run to the Cape Byron Lighthouse, spend the day exploring Byron’s beaches or wander into town for dinner before enjoying an easy walk home.
Important to Know
HappyNest is a cherished home located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, with permanent residents living nearby. It is well suited to families and respectful groups looking for relaxed Byron Bay accommodation within walking distance of the beach and town.
Parties, functions, excessive noise, amplified music and late night gatherings are not permitted. Noise must be kept to a minimum when using the rear deck and garden, particularly during the evening.
