Spacious open plan living abounds with comfortable sofas, wide screen TV, sound system and relaxing daybed. A fully equipped, well-appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, all modern kitchen appliances and your choice of an inside or outside 8-seater dining.
The master bedroom (queen bed) has a large walk-in robe and its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms (one with queen bed + one with 2 single beds) have built-in robes with drawers, and share a large bathroom with large full bath. In addition, there is a fold-up trundle bed, and a portable fold-up cot.
This apartment also has reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area, separate laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron, board), and secure undercover parking (the dedicated car space can also be closed off to securely store surf boards and other equipment).
Linen and towels are provided - just bring a beach towel and stock the fridge and pantry.
The iconic Top Shop Cafe just up the street where you will find amazing coffee, great food and a genuine Byron Bay surf vibe. Clark's Beach is 300m. The Pass surf beach (great for kids and beginners) is a 5 minute walk. Wategos, Main Beach and Belongil are also within easy reach too. Run or walk to the lighthouse via several different tracks and routes. Always beautiful! When you are ready to adventure into town for some live music, a great meal or just a people watch you can walk the 1km in under 15 minutes.

“We had tried many places above and below Brisbane, until we found ourselves back in wonderful Byron (we got engaged here more than 25 years ago!).
Byron simply has everything for everyone of all budgets, all tastes, all interests and all ages.
For many years we rented holiday properties all over Byron. Then we stayed and fell in love with Solaris. Particularly our children, who seem to adore Byron and Solaris more every year – and even though now in their 20’s, they still look forward to family holidays!
The positioning of Solaris, the quality of the building (solid brick walls mean lots of quiet), gardens and pool - and especially apartment 4 within Solaris is the perfect combination.
So when one of our kids saw Solaris 4 for sale, we couldn’t believe our luck.
Really, for us, number 4 is THE apartment in THE apartment complex. Ground floor at the back, direct access to the pool, close to the BBQ area, enormous private deck, 3 bedrooms, lots of space ... so the very next day we bought it.
First up, we totally refurbished every aspect of the apartment from the floor coverings to all the furniture and fixtures and fittings and painting.
Spending family holidays there ourselves, we like to keep it fresh and up to date, and hope that our many returning guests enjoy our changes.
We just love coming to Byron, to Clarkes Beach, to Solaris, and especially to this apartment”

Loved the property, location was great quick walk into town, nice and quiet, the unit had everything you needed re plates, cutlery etc, The decor was lovely. Would defiantly stay again. Communication was great from Deb and Sarah.

For our first time in Byron Bay we could not be more happy with our accommodation, as it had everything we needed and the pool at the back door. We lived outside the whole time on the balcony and the day bed was a real hit for myself and the kids. We loved the fact the beach was just down the road and it was a short ride on our bikes into town. The girls in the office were very accommodating to our needs. It was such a nice relaxing holiday we want to book again to go back next year.

Great space; super responsive communication with the host and perfect location.
We had the most beautiful stay at Solaris, the place was extremely comfortable and spacious. The outside area was delightful and we sat outside most mornings for breakfast and enjoyed our afternoon cheese platter and wine most evenings. The bed in the main room was super comfortable so I assume the others are as well. We loved the location an easy walk to The Lighthouse, Wategos, The Pass and the centre of town. Would definitely recommend to others and we hope to visit again sometime soon.
This apartment is a great space to settle into Byron Bay life. Great coffee is close by with either Top Shop or The Kiosk at the beach, walking distance into Byron centre, kids loved the pool, and plenty of room for teens and adults to have space to do their own thing :)
This place was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach and two great coffee options within 5 minutes walk. Very quiet. Easy walk into town. The property is lovely, clean and has all the facilities you need. Our 3 year old absolutely loved staying here - it’s great for families.
