Walking distance to the centre of town this fabulous apartment will create the perfect base to access all Byron has to offer. The centre of town is 5 min walk and Clarkes beach a 10 min stroll.
The unit is air-conditioned and fully furnished. The North facing covered patio area has BBQ facilities, a large outdoor dining table and landscaped courtyard. There is a beautifully landscaped 16.5m lap pool with shade pavilions in the complex.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private balcony and ensuite with a large bath. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 King Singles. The main bathroom has a separate toilet. There is also a powder room to service the living areas. Secure off-street parking is available for 1 car in the driveway.
The fully equipped kitchen has stone benchtops, dishwasher and German appliances. There is also a fully equipped laundry. We supply portable cot, high chair and 2 x safety gates.
This is a beautifully designed, light and airy apartment in a new complex and has a lovely welcoming feel. The lap pool has a large swim-out with wide steps under a shade pavilion and a kitchenette/bar area for entertaining.

Really nice house - modern and well equipped. It’s on the edge of town and in a gated complex which means you can walk to the action have some quiet if you like.

Great space, aircon in every room!! Lovely and clean and the cute addition of a complimentary bag of delicious byron bay cookie's 😁 Everything we needed to make it a home was there, even google chromecast! Very quick to walk to woolies for any supplies you may need. Stroll into town or if you have kids and want to walk to the beach, take a beach cart unless you want to drive and park. Highly recommend

Great place, my sister and father and I had a wonderful stay. Place is clean and tidy. Location is fantastic , close to town, stroll to Woolworths for supplies. All the fabulous restaurants are a short stroll away. The girls at East coast are excellent to deal with, 5 stars. Loved our short stay at Seadrift.

We stayed 8 nights and had a great time The apartment was well located and close enough to the centre but far enough from noisy venues The apartment was very clean and comfortable It also had a chrome cast dongle fitted to the tv so Netflix and other streaming was possible Great stay P

Superb location, 10-15min walk to main Byron Bay beach and surrounding restaurants. We loved the 3 bedroom place, which contains large lounge and dining areas, and a very modern kitchen and outside BBQ. Highly recommended, with seamless check in process
