A well cared for holiday property with a relaxed beach villa feel. The property has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms x Queen beds and 1 bedroom x 2 singles. A generous open plan living area spills out into a private tropical courtyard, perfect for an evening meal under the stars or relaxing after a day at the beach.

There is a 2nd TV to the ground floor front sunroom which can serve as a second living space and single day bed for an extra guest. This will allow the little ones to relax and watch TV in quiet, away from the main living area. The property is fully fenced and secure so you can relax with young children.

2 large and functional bathrooms, 3 toilets plus a fully functional laundry. Plus we have parking for 1 car on the doorstep and 1 car in the garage.

A well stocked kitchen and BBQ make this property a perfect location for a family wanting the ease of cooking at home.

The perfect property for the extended family or adult group looking for space, peace, privacy and a fabulous location. You will love being close enough to walk to Clarkes Beach, The Beach Cafe and the Top Shop (a well-kept local secret for brilliant coffee, breakfasts and lunches).

Apple TV and Wifi all included. The AC is included in the downstairs living and upstairs main bedroom.

The bedrooms are light and sunny with plantation shutters that let the morning light in.

East Coast Escapes also manages Unit 4 next door. Great for group bookings sleeping up to 14 guests in the same complex.

Great location within walking distance to the beach, town and the lighthouse walking track. House was spacious for 4 adults and well equipped with all the amenities. Easy check-in and check-out process with keyless entry. Convenient parking right in front on the doorstep. Really enjoyed our winter holiday at Eastpoint 3.
