The townhouse comprises of 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV with a north facing sunny balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and also enjoys the fabulous sunny north facing balcony. The large third bedroom has 2 king single beds enough for adults or kids alike. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the light filled bathroom with a spa bath and shower. Also upstairs there is a separate powder room/toilet. A 2nd powder room/ toilet is on the lower level as well.
The open plan downstairs living and dining area with a large flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan enjoy cool sea breezes as this townhouse faces north/south. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry make a long stay and entertaining at home simple. If cooking on holidays is not your thing Byron’s best cafes and restaurants are all a short walk.
The jewel of this townhouse is its large private outside paved areas surrounded by lush gardens with daybed, outdoor furniture and BBQ a perfect place to start and finish the day. An outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach completes this area.
