Stephen S - 8th January 2024Ardem was a terrific place for 2 families to stay. It was spacious and well-equipped - even having extras like an umbrella and beach chairs. Everything was very clean and in good order. Even though it was an incredibly 30-plus-degree week, we found the townhouse was always cool and the ceiling fans were nicely effective even through the hot nights. There was a generous courtyard and super fast and easy access to the beach. Our hosts were super responsive and it was a fabulous week's holiday.

Nice to wake up facing the reserve and hearing the birds. Easy walk to Clarkes Beach and into town. The weather was stunning. The only negative was the property didn't have air conditioning. I'm not usually a guest who looks for that. However, the 1st floor was very hot in the afternoons and the 3rd bedroom had full sun making it uncomfortable to sleep for the boys.

The house had great amenities including parking, an outdoor courtyard with BBQ and laundry equipped with supplies. Very easy to book and communicate with managers.

Well located to town, the beach and the top shop. The property itself was clean, easy to live in and low maintenance.

Dominique Coleman - 20th April 2021Ardem is equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing holiday. It is walking distance to Clarkes beach, The Pass and Tallow Beach, and also into town. It has comfy beds and a variety of outdoor places to sit. It is close to the action, but delightfully quiet at night. The sound of birds and frogs add to the magical holiday feel if the property. Highly recommended.

Great spot to stay in Byron
Lovely space with lots of room to sit back and relax with your mates or family. So close to the beach and to only a 10-15 min walk into the centre of Byron. Loved the place.
We loved our stay at this property. It was exactly as presented and the close proximity to Clarke's Beach was a plus. The town house is in a very quiet area, comfortable beds, great living areas including a sheltered and private courtyard. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and lots of crockery and glassware.
Well presented Townhouse with great facilities in convenient quiet location
Spacious and clean. Located close to the beaches and easy walking distance to the markets on the Sunday and into town, even for the five year old. It was stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and had a few basics such as oil, vinegar etc as well as the usual tea and coffee. It would have been helpful if there had been a small carton of milk in the fridge, but that is my only criticism. There was no air conditioning, so it may be hot in summer, but there were ceiling fans in all the rooms. We (two adults and two primary school aged children) would be very happy to stay there again.
Fantastic house, great location. Short walk to beach, nice stroll to town. Outdoor area backs onto nature reserve- lots of greenery and birdsong. So relaxing and had everything we needed. Thanks again!

Perfect little villa, with it only a stroll to the beaches and the close by cafe, made it really easy to get around and enjoy What Byron Bay has to offer
